Election Process

1st Notice is posted and sent via regular mail and e-mail to all unit owners by Management Company 60 days prior to Annual Meeting
Application Form to run for the Board of Directors is included
The Application Form must be submitted by candidate by specified date
2nd Notice is sent by Management Company.
A minimum of 3 board directors and a maximum of 7 are required
Should there be more than 7 candidates a vote will be held to determine which candidates will be part of the Board
The new Board assigns officers.
