Election Process

  • 1st Notice is posted and sent via regular mail and e-mail to all unit owners by Management Company 60 days prior to Annual Meeting
  • Application Form to run for the Board of Directors is included
  • The Application Form must be submitted by candidate by specified date
  • 2nd Notice is sent by Management Company.
  • A minimum of 3 board directors and a maximum of 7 are required
  • Should there be more than 7 candidates a vote will be held to determine which candidates will be part of the Board
  • The new Board  assigns officers.
